Questions sellers ask

Do bidders need an account?

Yes. Bidders sign up on your storefront with an email address, or with Google, Facebook or Microsoft.

When do I get paid?

Card payments go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on your account's payout schedule. Cash and e-transfer are paid to you directly at pickup.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. Start your trial without one, then add a card before it ends to keep your store open.

Can I use my own domain?

Every store gets its own Auction Stand web address. Plans that include custom domains also let you use a domain you own.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your records are yours. When you close your store, you receive an export of its items, auctions, bids, orders and payments before anything is deleted.
